The group Bioinfo belongs to the APTIKAL team, at the Laboratoire d'informatique de Grenoble: (LIG). Our bioinformatics research group is focused on the analysis and modeling of large-scale molecular data. Our methodological approach combines biostatistics, mathematical modeling, and machine learning to address complex biological questions, with a focus on cancer biology and microbiology.
